Kailon has been taking care of our pest control for a while now and he is very thorough, communicative and courteous. He is professional and friendly, and I really appreciate the great job he has done with keeping the pests out of our home.
I’ve had my ups and downs with Turner, but Jakahri truly stands out in the best way. My son bought some used computer equipment that unfortunately came with a few unwelcome “hitchhikers.” The item was in our home for less than 36 hours, but that was more than enough to send me into a panic once my son discovered the issue. He immediately bagged the equipment, took it outside, and I made the call.
Jakahri came out two days later and reassured me that everything would be okay. He explained the process clearly and treated the affected area. Over the past month, he has returned twice to recheck our home and now feels confident that we are “out of the woods.”
