My technician today was Allen & he was able to adjust his start time to 9:45 am due to a lab appt I had at 9:00 am. I really appreciated this leeway he provided. Everything went well & Allen said I have no issues. Thanks Turner Pest Control!
Rob from Turner pest control showed up as my garage began to reek of an odor consistent with a dead mouse. He showed up on time, inspected the entire garage, the attic and also cleaned up the trash can from where the odor seemed to arise. He went above and beyond his call of duty to be helpful. Shoutout to Rob!!!
Jesse L was kind, knowledgeable, and truly listened to everything we were saying about what transpires in our home with these fire ants and all that we’ve noticed around our brand new house. He was not once dismissive to myself or my family. His service was the best I’ve experienced in pest control services. We hope to get him every time we have issues. The first girl I spoke with on the phone and Jesse are why we will continue service.
