I’ve been a long-time customer of Turf Tech, and I’m always satisfied with the service they provide for my yard. But what really sets them apart is Felicia, the office manager. She genuinely cares for her customers, listens to both the good and the bad, and handles every issue with kindness and efficiency. Even when she’s incredibly busy, she makes things happen and ensures my needs are addressed. If it weren’t for Felicia, I’m not sure I’d still be with Turf Tech . Turf Tech is an awesome, family-owned, local business. The owners and employees know lawns, diagnose and treat for problems, and are eager to help my wife and me maintain our landscaping investment. Andy was just out today to make sure we did not have an emerging problem in our backyard. We did not. He also gave us very helpful tips on what should be pruned back at this time of year and how to get some dry areas to put out new growth. Turf Tech employees go out of their way to take the time to help their customers. Excellent customer service!! We would never use Trugreen or any of these big conglomerate companies. We have used their lawn service for years and are very pleased. It’s great service and reasonably priced. We’re always recommending them to others that compliment our yard and ask who does our lawn service.
