The technician, Jerome, answered all of my questions and even educated me about how my St. Augustine grass could be enhanced. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. If customer service is a priority, employees like Jerome and companies like Trutco should be applauded.

We have had Trutco for about 6-months now. James is our technician who comes to our house. He is AMAZING! Very professional and nice. We are extremely pleased with the results our yard has seen since James has given us suggestions on things to do and how to maintain it. Couldn’t be happier.

Today I had my monthly fertilizer treatment from TRUTCO (James). I recently noticed some weed issues and I had questions about the treatment of those weeds. James was very patient and explained what he was using to treat those weeds and how they could get control of the other type of weeds (a little more involved treatment). Since hiring TRUTCO, my lawn has never looked better. I definitely appreciate the extra effort and care that James and TRUTCO give my lawn.
