I have been going to Jenny since she opened the shop, almost 30 years ago, and my husband goes to Than. We get manicures and pedicures every month and we have NEVER had any issues! The shop is always clean and they sanitize all equipment after each use. In fact, they now use disposable emery boards, buffers, etc for each client.
Yes there is just the two of them but they are very efficient and it is always wise to make an appointment!
My friend and I had manicures a while back. One nail tech was busy, so we had to share another nail tech. They only have 2 in the entire salon. The one who gave us our manicures was really nice and very skilled. Our nails looked beautiful, and we left feeling very relaxed. It just took a really long time to complete both manicures since one person had to take care of both of us. We went back this past Saturday to get pedicures and was told there would be at least a 45-minute wait, so we didn't stay. We ended up going to A&Q Nails on Townsend Blvd, and they got us in right away. Please hire more nail techs. Saturdays are always busy at nail salons. It's crazy...read full review
Love this nail place, and the siters are the most fun and nicest people who have done my nails. I love their work. But sometimes, it is hard to get an appointment that works with my schedule.
