I hired Tri County Electrical to wire a in-law suite and run cable for cameras. Dealing with the gentleman for the estimate and also the front office was an utter nightmare. Tri County was more expensive then the other estimates by a lot but because they did the wiring on my house through my builder I went with them. The gentleman (and his assistance) who did my electrical work was great to work with. I actually went to the bank to give him a nice tip for the work he did, however the company overall I would given a thumbs down. Last week at the Daily's in Nocatee, an employee of Tri-County Electric backed into my husband's car, scratched the front of it and then raced out of the parking lot. My husband followed him as best he could and was able to get the truck number and a description of the employee. He called the company several times before being able to speak to the owner who stated that he recognized the description as his employee, Austin, and he would look into it. The following day, he informed my husband that he would not be repairing the scratch on the car caused by his employee because he had no proof that he did it. I'm so glad I did not take employment from this company. They are way overpriced and do not show quality results . The employees are decent people but the owner only cares about lining his pocket. If you want consistency you have to spend the money and time necessary .
