Great place to workout. For the ladies you can get your hair done and a personal trainer. This is the best idea I've seen in a long time. Friendly attentive staff. Ms. Janice is so nice and knowledgeable about the products and fitness. Definitely a must see. I encourage anybody that wants a more personal attentive training session...visit here
