We bought a left over NEW 2022 Winnebago Micro Minnie FLX, which is a couple style camper. Most of our interaction was by email, phone and text intially wIth Susan Fisher, our salesperson. I really like that Susan responded promptly, stuck with us over a protracted time(we were moving) and was an advocate throughout the process, rather than "salesperson", and that she continues to be a resource even after the sale.I also want to applaud Benjamin, the GM, and Alex, the Sales Manager, for their consistently high integrity interactions. Paul was an amazing salesman and very informative. The buying process went smoothly. The entire store changed employees when I went to pick up my trailer. The new finance department obviously had no clue what they were doing as they ran my credit 3 times, each time she needed to change something on the paperwork, causing my credit score to drop.
