Paul Ruckman was absolutely excellent! We’ve had a few problems with our AC that no one could solve, so we requested a senior technician and Paul was the guy to diagnose and fix our issue same day! Phenomenal service and a great guy. Highly recommend!

Paul Ruckman is a professional & a gentleman. He knows his business and showed it by identifying the problem with our AC. He discovered some wiring that had been disconnected by a worker on an unrelated repair. He fixed the wiring and this corrected the issue. The AC is now working properly. He went over the bill in detail, I paid the bill and he’s on his way. One of the best! Tom Dudley
