I can't say enough great things about Waggin Trail express. This pet transport company from start to finish was flawless. I felt completely at ease knowing our pet was in such good hands with Jose. Communication was clear and consistent. He even sent us pics of Dawson every few hours. Becky went above and beyond. It was completely stress free. If your looking for a compassionate, trustworthy, and reliable pet transport company, I highly recommend them 100%. I will be using their service again !!!
My husband and I are snowbirds who transit between Chicago and Palm Springs on a semiannual basis. We have traditionally driven and taken our 55# Australian Labradoodle with us. We decided that this fall we wanted to visit several National Parks; the fly in the ointment was we wouldn’t be able to transport Sydney. I have a friend who highly recommended Waggin’ Trails Express. We contacted Becky and her team and set up plans to have Sydney transported across the country. Our review is long overdue! Danielle drove our dog Lucie from Massachusetts to California in 2021 and the experience was so GREAT that we still talk about it to this day with family, friends or anyone looking for safe transportation for their fur babies! Danielle was super caring and great with communication during the few days they were on the road. Heck, our dog even visited places in the US that we have yet to visit ourselves! 😂 Highly recommend The Waggin Trail Express 👍🏻
