Amazing experience with moving my big, bouncy lab across the country. From the first phone call, Waggin Trail was organized, friendly, informative and just caring. My dog had a great time -- I could tell because I got pics every couple of hours. Waggin Train made what could have been a very stressful event kind of fun for both my dog and me. Very grateful to Ren and Adam for their communications on the journey, and their professionalism -- keeping me current on their ETAs due to weather, traffic, etc. First class operation: would absolutely hire again.
Danielle did awesome with our tomcat Arthur. Relinquishing your fur baby to someone who isn't known can be traumatic. As soon as we met Danielle, we felt a peace about her. She took amazing care of our 'boy' throughout his two days of travel. Danielle kept us informed through texts and pictures. We felt good knowing Arthur was in caring hands. We would not only recommend this service to others, but look forward to again using them upon our return trip. Danielle took great care of our cats. She showed them love.......alot of huggin' and rubbin' (just what they love)! She arrived on time from one State to another and sent us pictures/videos/stories of them every day. Plus, Danielle shows such caring and warmth, she makes it a pleasure to put her in charge of your furry children, as well as doing business with her. I HIGHLY recommend her and her Waggin Trail Express!!
