For my 40th birthday, I treated myself to a massage and flash facial. I had never visited a spa before, but the entire team was incredible—explaining everything, showing me around the facility, and making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.

After changing into a comfy robe, I had a mimosa waiting for me in the relaxation room before my treatments. Dawn was amazing, and by the end of the massage, I felt like I had completely melted into the table.

Such a relaxing experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be back!

It’s always a pleasant experience at Batram Spa and Salon. I’ve been going here for the past few years, and I’m always taken care of. I highly recommend Megan if you want highlights that look wonderful. She listens to you and tries her best to make your hair look the way you want. I was getting married in June and Megan made sure my hair looked beautiful for the big day!

I also have chronic acne problems on my face, and Krystal helped get rid of any cystic acne and bumpy texture. She was very informative on what causes flare ups with my skin and also tailored her treatment to my skin issues. When I first started seeing her last year, my face was...read full review

I rated my spa experience a 10 because every service was excellent from the massage to the facial, manicure, and pedicure. The staff was caring and professional, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed.
It was even more special seeing someone I admire at my workplace picking up her grandchild it always brings a smile and a sense of hope to my face. Finding out she’s the owner made so much sense, because caring for people is truly who she is. Her heart of kindness and generosity shines throughout the entire place; it truly reflects her love for people. I highly recommend it. 😊
