The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and devices! Thank you for my new iPad everything works on it as said! But Watch out! They know how to upsell their items? ? they got me lol?! No seriously though what you going to other phone stores for when you can just shop with BossCity Phone Depot? Shop with them you won’t be disappointed!

I highly recommend this business. The product knowledge and productivity is second to none. The customer service was amazing and I have done business with them several times over the years. Just recently I had for a front screen and a back screen to be fixed on 2 separate phones. They finished the job as always exceeding my expectations, and the phones are back to looking brand new! There are no crooks or scams here, these are genuine people running a honest business. They are reliable, professional, and operate with integrity. I couldn’t be any happier with their service I received!
