Wonderful, calm and quiet place! Really nice area. There are places to ride a scooter and walk with a stroller. Manager Pam is the best! Love her! I love everything here! Our pool, fountains, barbecue area and even a lake with ducks! But the building needs to be cleaned better, the first building is clean, but it’s as if they have forgotten about our fourth building. I dream that there will be a children’s playground here)
I resided in the apartments for about 1 year and a half and I must say my experience was great. The neighbors are friendly and polite. The community is safe for kids and great for pet owners. I also must commend the maintenance crew for helping me when my AC unit stopped working. It gets hot in Florida so the fast response was greatly appreciated. All of the staff members in the office were also very helpful with explaining any questions I had regarding my residency. Thanks a lot ?
Dee at the leasing office is such a pleasure! These units are beautiful and the leasing process could not have gone any smoother. The amenities are gorgeous, friendly staff, clean and spacious units. What more could you ask for?! Thank you so much Dee! :)
