A friend recommended The Fiix to me and I'm so glad I made an appointment with Zach! But let me back up...you walk into The Fiix and are treated to a beautiful space with a warm welcome and a sense of a place to rest and heal. I am fairly new to the Riverside area and had opportunities in the DC area for great health & well being services. The Fiix is a gem in 5 Points and I highly recommend them!!! I had the best care to cure lower back pain through massage & exercise in the DC area. I've also learned when to pay attention to low level pain & get ahead of it. One of our favorite retreats, we are so lucky to have this place in Jacksonville! We look forward to the days we treat ourselves to coming here! We love both the salt cave and infrared treatment. Jessica gives amazing facials, I recommend the cryo. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming every time we come. 5 stars!
I had a facial with Jessica & a massage with Zach. It was great! Jessica explained what she was doing throughout the facial- good education since it was my first! The massage was therapeutic and relaxing! I will be coming back for sure. (:
