The front desk and staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to help patients, making visits stress-free and enjoyable.
The attention from the administrative and medical staff is good, the only thing I didn't like was that I attended with strong flu symptoms and they didn't test me for COVID or flu because they don't do it🤷🏻♀️
The Doctor's are excellent.They do listen and always do the best counseling to advice me and improve my health. But the front desk it's the most unprofessional people, I have to be honest, because I do want to continue to seeing my Doctors, I been a patient for years,but front desk need to improve on how they speak to the patients and not needing to be so agresive,yo hablo español esa joven de la oficina es muy agresiva y prepotente,los doctores son excellentes ,un abrazo y que mejoren a esa joven de la oficina, mal educada y brabucona,asi no mas explico,ok un abrazo 🤗
Tracy was very helpful at the front desk! She helped me figure out my new appointment time. Scheduled me with my new primary care doctor Ms. Chavez. I was very impressed with her service
