    It was my first time trying reformer pilates and Ana was a great instructor! The small class size allowed for personalized instruction and was a fun and rewarding activity to do with a friend!

    Highly recommend training with Ana! As someone who does not typically do Pilates, Ana was very patient with teaching me the basics and she also created an environment that made me feel comfortable with something that I am not use to.

    As someone who's training routine typically involves just weight training. I think that Pilates provides a different training stimulus that you cannot get with traditional strength training. So if you are looking to improve your deadlift, squat, or bench press. You'll be surprised with how much Pilates can benefit you!
