Highly recommend training with Ana! As someone who does not typically do Pilates, Ana was very patient with teaching me the basics and she also created an environment that made me feel comfortable with something that I am not use to.
As someone who's training routine typically involves just weight training. I think that Pilates provides a different training stimulus that you cannot get with traditional strength training. So if you are looking to improve your deadlift, squat, or bench press. You'll be surprised with how much Pilates can benefit you!
Ana was a great instructor. Managed four students of varying skill levels with ease and the instruction felt confident, customized, and attentive. I'll definitely be back soon!
Ana is an amazing and creative teacher, and I love doing Pilates with her. I am so happy with my progress under her instruction.
