The Bolt Movement offers personalized wellness programs focused on enhancing physical strength through pilates. Ana, the instructor, uses a variety of training methods including The Oov, Konnector®, mat pilates, pilates equipment, and cross-training. These methods are designed to strengthen and balance the body, making pilates accessible to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Ana's expertise extends to clients with diverse needs, including those with MS or Parkinson's disease. She tailors programs to meet individual goals and limitations, ensuring a safe and effective experience. Clients appreciate her patience and the comfortable environment she creates, especially for those new to pilates. Many have experienced significant improvements in flexibility, strength, and their ability to perform everyday tasks with ease. Ana is an amazing and creative teacher, and I love doing Pilates with her. I am so happy with my progress under her instruction. I had the honor and privilege of being part of one of the first performances of the Bolt Movement. For the older performer such as myself, it gave me a sense of belonging, and the realization that I could continue to excel in the dance and movement field even at age 71. Some of the performers had wanted to pursue dance and movement at an earlier age but life took them on a different path. Ana gave us all the encouragement to believe that age is only a number and that the heart is what really counts. Thank You Ana. I look forward to dancing with you soon at age 74.
