Kirk, Jordan, and Jamar were the best! The were super helpful and very kind! They also were great with all of our dogs who love attention haha. I would highly recommend them for all your fencing needs!
If there was a rating higher than 5 stars I would give it to Superior Fence And Rail. We had a new fence installed in March of 2025, by Superior Fence, and it was everything we expected and more. They were quick, and efficient and the product and service were both exceptional. Then 3 months later, Lightning strikes a tree, and a large branch takes out 3 sections of our nearly new fence. Once again Superior Fence comes through for me, and as soon as the branch was removed, they immediately responded and came out and rebuilt the damaged section. They carefully recycled and reused as much of the original product as they could, and had the fence back in its original condition as if nothing had ever happened. Fast forward another 8 months and while in the process of replacing a drain line from our laundry, the plumber exposed a section where it appeared that one of the original fence posts had struck a sewer line where we needed to tap in the new drain pipe. This presented a new problem, so another call to Superior Fence, and James and Nick came out to evaluate the situation with me. They then arranged for a crew to come out the next day and remove roughly a 10 foot section of the Fence including a gate, to allow enough space to get the sewer repaired and complete the laundry drain. Another 3 weeks passes for the plumbing job to be finished, before my next call to Superior Fence, and once again James comes out to assess for the necessary modifications, and again a crew is dispatched within a day. This time they send install Team #106, consisting of Kirk, Jordan and Jamar. And in just a few hours they have rebuilt the section of fence and gate and again recycled most of the original material. This was the first time I actually met the install team, but all three teams were equally as good. I would highly recommend Superior Fence and Rail to anyone needing a fence. The product and the installation personnel are excellent, but the customer service is exceptional by any standard. However as pleasant as the experience has been working with Superior Fence, I hope I never have to call them again.

Coleman, my salesman, was up front about the cost, the procedures involved, the outcome and even went above and beyond the get me the best price for what I needed. Very reliable and professional company. Truck 706, with Jordan, Jamar and Kirk did a great job installing my double gate.
