This review is long over due! We had 2 vehicles rear-ended in Jacksonville in the last 2 years. The most recent vehicle was deemed by insurance as a 'total loss' even though the vehicle was driving well but the rear damage was unsightly. The insurance company offer was not enough to replace our vehicle and we couldn't afford to be without this car. We had very few options but Mary and Mark really saved us! They beautifully restored our vehicle and it now it continues to drive well and looks amazing!

My car was serviced today on walk in. So professional, pleasurable and attentive service. Problem fixed quickly and efficiently. I use my car for work and Mary got me back on the road. The staff noticed and discussed possible other fixes which I appreciate as well.
