I went to Promise for the 1st time 2 days ago and she did a SUPERB job on my intimate area. Her customer service was outstanding. As a Brazilian first-timer, I had no idea what to expect! But let me tell you, Promise at Strip Esthetics has set the bar, and I don’t think you can get any better! She is the absolute sweetest and her warm, friendly demeanor made me feel instantly comfortable! We had a fun conversation the entire way through - and so very much appreciated her talking me through the *tougher* parts of the waxing, which really weren’t tough at all! Promise is amazing! She’s very sweet and of course very professional. She ain’t miss a siiinggllee hair, and was wonderful at making me feel calm and made sure I didn’t feel awkward at all. ❤️ Loved her and this visit, and I will keep coming back for sure!
