This was a return visit for a stretch with TC. I'm moving, so my muscles were very tight. I had what felt like a pinched nerve in my neck, and was extremely tight in my lower back and legs. By the end of the session I was experiencing nearly total relief. Alex does a great job. I’ve been coming to StretchLab for a long time. Had to take a break while I recovered from a LTKR. Alex listens to what I need and what is working for me. We work together and I get the result I need.
