My brother and his fiancé scheduled an appointment for their son here, this facility took over 2 hours to assist them. TWO HOURS with an appointment previously scheduled. This is the worst pediatric care office in all of greater Jacksonville. Their unprofessionalism is atrocious. They don't care about helping anyone only the copays and insurance money. Front office staff is beyond rude. Multiple occasions of front office and others on the phone with no compassion or care for anything except money. Consistently runs over an hour or two behind! What a Nightmare. Save yourself and go somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would. Attached is my brothers complaint, as soon as this office reviewed the complaint they send him a letter in the mail stating they will no longer see my nephew. RIDICULOUS. But truly a favor. I recommend looking at reviews before making an appointment at this location.
