My experience was phenomenal the staff was so helpful I will travel over and over again I have a Stanton optical on my side of town but this staff is worth the travel the staff before them gave me the wrong prescriptions and I never came back until my eyes are getting worse I'm so blessed that they change staff because this staff really cares. ? I will see them soon ?

Kelly, thank you so much for the service you provided to me and Ms Williams! You were very great at multitasking and handling every single customer that came in and you got them right back out the door.
I must say that out of the last 4-5 years of coming here, today is a visit to remember.

I have had excellent customer service using STANTON OPTICAL @ the Beach Blvd location in Jacksonville, Florida & just choosing the right glasses from an extensive inventory of frames & a high-tech eye exam is a great start & was relatively easily administer, but the follow up of customer service I received was outstanding! My latest service received was with Kelly who was new & I had only met after I had broken my frames & she was pleasant, positive & had a take charge & very personable demeanor & very comfortable & confident!
