I signed up for their pest control service last summer when they were going door to door around the neighborhood. I had recently moved back to Jacksonville and knew in Florida you have to have pest control so even though I had never heard of them I decided to give them a try. I must say after completing my one year contract, I have been very pleased with their service and, after shopping around, find them to be a good option financially so will continue to use them. I love that before treating, they brush down all cobwebs! Today, Thomas was my technician and was great, very thorough. He was friendly, engaging, and informative. Answered all my questions and took the time to talk to me about a couple of bugs I had seen inside. He also provided good information about the ant beds outside. Such a nice young man! I highly recommend this company.
