Also didn’t know if they did low-cuts.I went up and showed them a picture of what I wanted and asked if they did styles and cuts like it.The woman said, “Girl, that’s a hairstyle. Yes,” in an irritated, sassy, and rude tone. It was probably a d*** question, I don’t believe it was a d*** question, but she said it in a cold way making seem like the answer was obvious. I called to schedule an appointment and the man who answered the phone was very ignorant and ghetto. He lied and told me that the silk press was $85 (I called another location and it was $40). This is why I stopped going to SmartStyle years ago... because they don't know how to do hair right and have the nastiest attitudes!!

I ordered designline shampoo 3 weeks prior. I called and asked if had come in yet. First they said no, then asked my name and said yes. So I drove over to pick it up. Receptionist couldn't get it to ring up. This has happened many times over the years. Usually they figure it out. This time she called "owner" and that person said they are probably about 33.00. They have never been that high and i've been purchasing 1 liter bottles for more than 15 years. They tried to tell me because it was 32.5 ounces instead of 31.whatever it was before its hone up. Now it was in new bottle but those bottles have been around for a year now at other salons. Still marketed as 1 liter bottle...read full review
