Our remodeling experience was great overall. We are pleased with our project and it has truly enhanced our home. Responsiveness was always quick by Miguel and Keith. No matter how many concerns or questions we had, they were right there. Nothing is perfect though. We believe that there could be an official required meeting or 2 to thoroughly discuss the phases, responsibilities of purchasing and custom design. Majority of the project was via text and sometimes communication was misunderstood or not relayed. However, we would definitely recommend Smarter Remodeling to ALL of our friends with helpful tips to live by.
