Amber is very knowledgeable on not just locs, hair in general; she tells you what you need for your hair. She had awesome customer service skills and just friendly in general. Her prices are very reasonable, not to mention she get you in and out in a timely manner.

Very professional and consistent work. Appointments start on time and your salon experience doesn’t end there . Be prepared to be stopped and stared at in admiration and constantly giving Amber’s number out! I refer everyone to her , whether it be for natural or relaxed strands! The new location is a winner as well, usually salon visits are an all day experience , luckily with Amber and her prompt service that isn’t the case , but If it was her salon boasts at an home experience and is very comfortable and inviting . Love it!

Upon entering Shears suites on Arlington expressway I found a beautiful, neat and clean establishment, I was greeted by the owner Amber and was quite impressed , the service was impeccable, my wash, color and retwist of my locs was amazing, I’ve had my locs for 6 months and they have been flourishing, the oils and spray she recommended have really made a difference with my itchy scalp, by the way she makes the oils and spray so I am confident in the materials uses because she has locs and uses it also, overall my experience was awesome and can’t wait to return for my next retwist.
