I've seen some bad reviews, but I have to say how much Diane saved my hair. My attempt to lighten my hair did not go well. My son's wedding was 2 days away, and I was in tears. I called Diane, and she got me in the day before and picked a color that helped put color back into my hair instead of bleaching it and stripping my hair. I was in tears again, not because I was sad, but because I was so happy with the way it turned out. The picture is after my hair was styled for the wedding. I got so many compliments on my hair. Thank you, Diane, for making me feel like the prettiest Mother-in-law for the day. ?

To everyone who has had a bad experience at this location, we greatly apologize. I am happy to inform everyone who has had an issue with the receptionist or anyone at this Full Service Salon, that things are turning around for a better experience for our customers. We can't express just how much your satisfaction while coming here means to us. We are now under new management and made some adjustments at our receptionist desk. Please, give us another chance, we promise and won't quit striving for a better experience for you all. We hope to get another chance.

April cut both my hair and my son’s hair and I have to say, that NO ONE has ever been able to cut my teenage son’s hair the way he wanted it…..UNTIL April! She listened to him and I appreciate that. So we have a new stylist now!
