Never been to a salon before, only once and they totally didn't do what I asked and I cried for days. Had to go due to my hairdresser fracturing her arm and I was desperate for my hair to be done for xmas. The lovely ladies did exactly what I wanted and my hair turned out wonderful. I'm so grateful for them squeezing me in and not letting me down!! Would recommend to anyone thank you so so much to everyone at the salon! Xx

Absolute brilliant here. The ladies are all very kind and friendly, especially when socially awkward like myself. I was well chuffed with my hair, my partner loved it too. Everyone who saw it complimented my hair and said how nice it looked and how good a job was done. I had full head foil highlights and toner.
Would highly recommend sheer elegance.

First time having my hair done with Kelly (going in for a colour correction) not only am i in LOVE with my hair but loved the whole salon vibe, both Kelly and Becky were so welcoming and made me feel like I had been coming to the salon for years, would most definitely recommend Kelly and this salon to anyone, see you soon ?? xx
