5+++++ stars. Excellent company and they did a fabulous job installing my bulkhead. The crew—Kevin, Brian, and Mickey —were amazing. They were true professionals who were clearly experts in their field; each of them could operate all the machinery and handle every aspect of the project. They paid attention to every detail, kept me well-informed throughout the process, and consulted me whenever necessary. I had a great experience working with them. Wayne, the owner, was knowledgeable and easy to work with, and Ryan, the project manager, kept everything organized and on schedule. The crew on site was professional, respectful, and worked efficiently to get the job done quickly. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the quality of work shows for itself. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dock work.
We recently hired Serenity Brothers for a dock project and were blown away by the results. The attention to detail in the construction is evident, and the project was completed on time. What really impressed me, however, was their white-glove service. Seeing the crew bring up our garbage cans was a small gesture that spoke volumes about their company culture.
