I have a brother that’s been in the system almost 10 years and I thought he was going to work release so I shut off my account however I was mistaken so I tried to turn my account back on and it’s been 12 days and they still haven’t turned my account on. I have spent thousands of dollars with Securus and they don’t care. I was told today I had to wait another 8 days before we can even take it to a supervisor. This is what’s wrong with the prison system, they don’t care if you stay sane by staying in touch with your family and unless you’re on there visitation list you can’t even send them money for clothes and basic necessities. They are supposed to be the best around but won't even take a phone call for someone to ask questions about their course I understand you're not giving classes right now but it's your line of business and someone wants to know about it. Not very professional to ignore them

I took a security class here and the instructor Kyle took such great care of us!!! The class was so extensive and they went over way more than I anticipated. I suggest everyone take this course!!!!!! It would recommend it to anyone and everyone. It’s great knowledge to have and it’s necessary for the city of jacksonville.
