Updating this as a permit was never filed - in spite of my 2 requests to do so and found out the company is not registered in Duval County to do work. Have had several issues and ended up calling another company for heat strip issue. Would not recommend.

Horrendous customer service. "Tech" didn't show up in a work van. Overcharged the freon in the outside air handler, resulting in the unit short cycling. Was only interested in getting a coil cleaning charge out of us. On his return, he spent his time promoting his music production side gig trying to impress my girlfriend instead of doing his job. Would absolutely never recommend these clowns.
