Robison Cabinets

I contacted Robison Cabinets about two months ago because their truck drove by me one morning. I set up an appointment with Kristina Halleran in about two weeks from when I called. The night right before the appointment, I received an email saying that she can't come out anymore and she'll contact me to reschedule. I waited 4-5 weeks and when I didn't hear anything from her, I reached out to her through an email. Redundant to say that in two weeks since that happened, nobody contacted me. I'm a business owner myself and I know how it is to be super busy, but keeping in touch with your (potential) customers should be paramount.

I’ve been meaning to write this review on Robison Cabinets for awhile now!! We started working with Peggy, John, and the rest of the Robison crew about 3 years ago when we decided to renovate our kitchen. During my initial consultation with Peggy, she immediately made me feel like we’ve been friends for years. We shared ideas for what would make the kitchen work more functionally since we both are busy ladies with large families. She was beyond knowledgable about how the flow of the kitchen should work and equally knowledgeable about the quality and design cabinets that would work for us. Called 4 times and haven’t gotten a response. Not sure why they would pick up if they are not going to follow up on it. The lady’s are really nice to deal with. But seems like they do not care about being punctual.
