I had scheduled an appointment with Remedy Pest Solutions on a Monday from 2:30-4pm and Phil came out and handled our pest problem. We initially were not home at the time he came but he did call us and we said we were on our way and he started on the outside and we showed up and he was able to do the rest of our house. I wanted to share that story because most companies may say "no you're not here and we will charge you the service call," but Phil and Remedy Pest Solutions were able to accommodate for our absence and because of that they got this review and gained another customer.
