I just recently had body work done as part of a Progressive auto claim from a wreck in September. Reflections was absolutely a no-nonsense interaction. They were confident taking the vehicle in for repairs, gave me a specific timeline, which they surpassed, and simply called me when everything was ready. No hassle or runaround, and they took care of turning in the rental vehicle as well. Great experience and quality work!
