I'm a project manager for a property management company doing a renovation project. Redi-Carpet has consistently been my most trusted and reliable supplier. Their sub-contractors do quality work, and when they don't, Redi-Carpet is quick to fix it.My account managers, Charlie and Melanie are absolute godsends and a breath of fresh air in an era where sub-par customer service is common. Even when my demands exceed anything considered reasonable, they are always quick to provide solutions and execute.Redi-Carpet has saved this project tens of thousands of dollars in pricing and has continued to exceed expectations. I cannot recommend them enough!

The customer service is awesome! The crew that installed the first couple of flooring for us had a couple of hiccups but after talking to my Rep Michele Kimpson, we haven't had any additional issues.
