Excellent work done on my bath/shower remodel by Josh and Lewis! They were a fantastic team - prompt, very courteous, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. I had to have surgery on the day they finished. When I came home later that day I noticed something that I had questions about, and was not 100% okay with. They answered me immediately, turned back around and came back to my house to discuss options with me. They were incredibly kind and wanted me to be completely happy and comfortable (I’m disabled so it was important that everything worked for my condition). Jesse was our point of contact for our shower quote and pre-approval, he made picking our shower options a breeze and understanding financing easy!On install day (about a month to two months after signing the contract due to waiting for materials, which is completely normal!) we were sent Sam our install tech, Sam was communicative, on time and courteous! Sam is such an effective worker, as a team of one he was able to install our shower in two days with no hassle and it looks amazing!Overall our experience was stress free and easy from start to finish, the assistance, lifetime warranty and service are worth the price tag for us!
