Brad and the Rainier crew did an amazing job with the recent remodel of our home. The quality of their work, organizational planning and dedication to the job was outstanding! When looking for a design and contractor duo, look no further than Rainier Inc. and Level Up Design. Originally, we had planned to try to and find subcontractors ourselves and plan out the work for our full home interior renovation, but that became a massive undertaking and quickly became overwhelming with our current schedules. We had no experience picking the correct matching pieces in design, figuring out functionality for each space, and no clue on what order to do what with construction. These 2 companies work very well side by side and is almost preferred for any project you do. They were able to match our budget perfectly and the styles we wanted. Picking hardware, colors, etc. can be daunting, but Kamila and the Level Up team were able to narrow down options for us to choose from based on our overall requirements. Rainier Inc and Level Up were both always communicative throughout the project and gave us personalized updates weekly throughout the scope of work. Even once the project was completed and we were able to move back in, they are still coming back to fix minor things here and there to make sure we are 100% satisfied with the outcome. If we were ever unsatisfied with something, Rainier immediately corrected any request and that is a huge compliment in today’s world. Making their customers happy! Great customer service from both teams and we will be using them again on our next phase of project on the exterior of our home!! 1000% RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
