Services done by Victor to mitigate water damage in master bathroom and garage ceiling. Was very good about scheduling checkups on my schedule and giving me calls ahead of time when he would be arriving. Service and equipment did not obstruct normal operations and was able to complete in a week. Recommend through Allstate and this part of the repair phase went smoothly.

OMG, I just had to write a huge shoutout to Rainbow Restoration and Rick! We had a burst pipe in one of the rentals and it was a total disaster 😐. His team showed up ASAP and worked tirelessly to get our place back to normal. The team was super professional, friendly, and explained everything every step of the way 🤝. We called Rainbow on a Saturday afternoon to get an estimate for ceiling damage and repair, aware of the high potential for mold. The owner came out to our home for a free estimate the same afternoon, didn't rush checking out our specific situation, nor explaining it to us in a way that made sense. I would highly recommend Rainbow for their professionalism, expertise, quick response, and attention to detail.
