I am not at all pleased with the new fan. I downgraded from a better model to this. The aesthetic is quite poor. They could have at least included an extension. Furthermore, the sales representative stated that this fan would have a reverse function via remote, similar to my previous fan, but it does not. I find the discrepancy in the information provided troubling. I know this fan was processed through a home warranty program, and it seems they installed the most inexpensive model available.

Won't warranty their work after 20 days. Want to upsell you instead of doing the job that they were hired for. I highly recommend that you do not use this company.Services: General repairs

Complete trash. Unprofessional and incompetent. Couldn't repair a simple outlet in my bathroom after taking 3 weeks to schedule appointment and then showing up on the wrong day ?Service: General repairs
