I've had great service from Pro Housekeepers. Their girls are friendly and professional, they have a routine and they leave my home clean. It would be impossible for me to maintain my house without them. When I have time, I like to do my own deep cleaning and organization in areas just like if I were doing it all myself. Always keep it clean! That's how we like it.

Update: ProHouseKeepers turned reviews off on Facebook. This is how they fix their problems. After playing "text-tag" with whoever is in charge located in Florida, (I'm in Kansas City), I finally spoke with someone on the phone about booking a DEEP CLEAN on a house I am about to rent out. He told me a crew of 4-5 people would come by at 9am, they'd clean the insides of the windows, cabinets, oven and other appliances, as well as the obvious. This wasn't a "move out" clean to appease a landlord, I needed this place spotless for new renters and he understood that. On the day, 2 people showed up an hour and a half late. A husband and wife who tell me they don't do windows or ovens, and when we did the walk through they assured me they'd be able to get the rest done. They were nice. A couple hours go by and I check my security camera in my driveway. Their car is gone. I roll it back and the wife left a little over an hour after arriving. She's a realtor and needed to show a house. She only came back to pick up her husband, the 1 person cleaning my 3 story, 4 bed/3 bath house about 6 hours later. I left it to my mother to inspect and walk through when "they" were finished. Instead of telling you what wasn't clean, here's what was- the cabinets and ceiling fans. Nothing is cleaner than it was before I left. This cost $425, which didn't include the discount I was supposed to get for the windows not getting cleaned. Instead of continuing to deal with a middleman in Florida, I thought this Yelp! review should exist. You're welcome.

We paid $340 for a clean with carpets as well. The workers were nice, but didn’t speak English at all so we weren’t able to communicate. They did the most basic clean I’ve ever seen and we could’ve just did it ourselves. We ended up having to go back behind them to clean multiple things that they didn’t. We were told they would clean the kitchen along with appliances, the floors, and the bathrooms. What they did clean looked okay, but simple things were overlooked. They didn’t clean any appliances.
