Today was a great day at Pretty Nails! I have been in nail shops where the staff only talked to each other in their own language, leaving the customer silent during their entire services. I was very impressed with the service and the way the pretty nail staff was intentional about interacting with every customer, offering not only a good service but customer satisfaction as well. I’ll definitely be back and will tell all of my friends!
