The reviews praise the barbers' skills, professionalism, and ability to cater to different hair textures, particularly for the reviewers' sons. Customers have had great experiences with barbers who have provided excellent haircuts, tips, and advice. Prestige Barbers also supports the military, veterans, and first responders.

Customers describe the experience as "absolutely amazing," with a short wait time and barbers who make them feel at ease. One reviewer mentions that the barber, Josh, did a great job with their oldest son's haircut, leaving him "handsome and confident." When the reviewer's younger autistic son needed a haircut, Josh "accepted the challenge with grace" and worked with the family, providing breaks as needed. Another customer, who is very particular about their haircuts, has been going to Calvin for years and highly recommends him for sharp line-ups and fades.
