I had no hope for our carpets. They’re builder’s grade and my sweet puppies just did a number on them. But Keith did a phenomenal job and they look almost brand new. You can’t turn back time, of course, so there is still evidence of wear in a few places but even in the worst areas it looks 100% better. I’m so so pleased. Keith was polite and pleasant and friendly. I would absolutely call Precision again.
