Today precision carpet and Upholstery care came out to service my home. Justin was my technician and I must say he was early for my appointment. He is very knowledgeable in his industry. Personable and honest. He didn't try to overcharge me and he did an excellent job on my stairs. Thank you Justin for your hard work. I highly recommend precision for all of your carpet and tile cleaning needs.
My Carpet both looks and smells brand new, I can not explain the amount of calmness and comfort this has brought back into my home. Justin was awesome and personable with recommendations that made the job look even better, we only be using this company from now on.
On a spur of the moment, I decided to get my Aunt's carpet cleaned. I ordered products that I wasn't sure if I needed but when Paul showed up, he helped with recommending what he felt my carpet needed. Saved me about $100. So far, it looks and smells really clean. What sold me was if anything comes back, I have a 14 days to reach out and he will return.Update: a stain came back and they were great to come back and treat that persistent stain that wanted to return.
