We recently moved to Florida and the first thing we wanted was a pool. Our neighbors and our real estate salesperson recommended "Pools by John Clarkson." Great advice -- PBJC in our evaluation is a "5 out of 5" business. Fair price and went over all the steps to install the pool. No surprises and completed on time. Salesman "JR" explained the pricing by completion of each milestone and the project manager "Edmund" kept us up to date on each step in the building schedule. Customer service reps quick to respond to any question. All first rate individuals and representatives of their company.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Clarkson Pools from start to finish. Our pool was completed in just about 2½ months, and the entire process was smooth, organized, and well-communicated. The team at Clarkson Pools was incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail along the way.
Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. I custom designed my pool with PBJC aka Clarkson Pools n 2020-2021.it was a difficult time to be doing so, unbeknownst to all of us what would happen during the pros. Nonetheless, after an arduous process through COVID, hooray, the pool was completed!!! I chose to continue with Clarkson for regular maintenance as they knew my pool better than anyone else and gave a lot of accountability in the contract, as do I as the owner. It has been 4 years now of the best pool and the best service by all those techs who have taken good care of my treasured pool! But it must be said for all to hear, Karli is the most accountable employee at Clarkson Pools!!! She is extremely attentive... read full review
