Michael is so wonderful and hyper vigilant about making sure that our pool is clean and maintained properly. Before I even have to put in a call or request he is ahead of it and on it with making sure the pool is pristine. Our house had extra construction going on surrounding the pool that was making it even more challenging to keep up on and he went the extra mile to see to it that that it did not effect the maintenance and cleanliness of the pool. We recently moved to Florida and the first thing we wanted was a pool. Our neighbors and our real estate salesperson recommended "Pools by John Clarkson." Great advice -- PBJC in our evaluation is a "5 out of 5" business. Fair price and went over all the steps to install the pool. No surprises and completed on time. Salesman "JR" explained the pricing by completion of each milestone and the project manager "Edmund" kept us up to date on each step in the building schedule. Customer service reps quick to respond to any question. All first rate individuals and representatives of their company. Very happy with Pools by John Clarkson and their work -- highly recommend.
Clarkson Pools does our weekly maintenance and cleaning. Our pool always looks amazing!
Additionally they have done several repairs for us. Unfortunately when moving in we needed a new spa heater, new Fountain heads, tile repair, and a new saltwater chlorinator. Chris and Vanessa have been awesome to work with and all of the repairs have gone very smoothly.
