Katy gave us a great inspection and sent out someone who was also very helpful to spray inside and outside. They both offered great advice for solving the pest problem. When the inside and outside was sprayed, I went from seeing a bug almost every day to never seeing one again. After the second spray outside, I noticed a few dead ones inside and called to see if that was anything to be concerned about. They had someone come spray inside days later. Very happy with the service :) and pleased to not be rudely greeted in the middle of the night by a gross bug. I would recommend them for anyone having bug issues. Thank you!

Update: After multiple attempts I reached out to Massey. Someone called me back and got me in touch with someone at the location that should be serving my residence. They apparently had issues with their phone service that caused the calls to not go through. Not sure if it was my call to Massey, but if you have issues still, give that a try. I will up my rating for now and will increase as service improves.Do not use this company. They used to be fantastic and went downhill immediately after they got bought out. They billed me and I never received service. I have called numerous times and even called Massey and never received a return call. I can’t get a hold of... read full review

Brandon came for my quarterly pest control service and he was AWESOME! He texted me that he'd be there at a certain time and I replied that I was seeing ants inside the home in the kitchen area. When he arrived, he called me to make sure he was at the correct location of the ants on the outside of my home.Then, after seeing the ant activity outside of that window, he treated the area and I haven't seen an ant since! I loved that he treated from the outside so I didn't have to worry about my pet getting into the treatment indoors.LOVE Massey Services in Jacksonville FL. Great staff and technicians.
