When we went with ORKIN we were nervous at first because the First Lady that is a costumer service rep gave an attitude when I told her I’ll call back cause I wanted to think about it. But I’m glad I called back I got a nicer lady the second time and the exterminator was great!!! We love him and he did a great job and answered all our questions before he began.

Our service techs have changed often and I don't like the way they schedule the service calls. However I'm leaving a review because the service tech we have now is very professional, knowledgeable and wants to ensure he's going above and beyond.

I called another place before called Orkin for a quote. I was supposed to call them back, once I spoke with the rep on them phone with Orkin, just her deameor on the phone, and the way she explained everything, and some of the details we worked out, it was her that sold me. (I just hopes it resolves my issues).
I have an ant issues, and lizards and frogs (they can’t help with the frogs directly) But the ants one day was like a horror movie in my bathroom.
They were able to come out of on a Saturday. Stephen was great, and very polite and professional . He asked me questions to get an insight of my issues and where the problem... read full review
