I've been here a few times and I absolutely LOVE this place. I've never had any issues. I never wait long , probably about 10 minutes before seeing the doctor. After seeing the doctor it was quick straight to the point , very informative, helpful and understanding! Also, VERY affordable! Worth every penny !
We lost our furry family member, Pepper before Thanksgiving. The office staff and dr were so very patient with us and accommodating in our grief. Then, several weeks later we got a sympathy card in the mail with our baby's paw print and condolences from several staff. What a kind thing to do. Kindness matters. ~ Peppers Mom
Dr. Gillen and his staff were absolutely amazing when we chose him to continue care for our cat Taiga, until her passing. He was able to diagnose her condition correctly, and with his help, we were able to make the best decisions for Taiga.
Although she is no longer with us, I wanted to acknowledge the incredible support and understanding that was presented to us during our loss. Dr. Gillen’s kindness continues to stay with us, even after a year of losing our Taiga.
