I had a great experience and loved DR. Opachich and the office manager Denise until today. I Needed the long form for my DOT physical emailed to my boss. Did not know at the time I needed it. The assistant Amanda (or lack of) was very unprofessional telling me that “she did not have time for me today to call back later”. I called 3 separate times later to get this long form emailed to my boss but to no avail. Every time I was told I’m too busy and you need to call back later. I can not get to you now I’m here by myself. Only takes 2 min to take down an email and send it at her convenience.Sad they never minded taking my $75 for the service at the time. Never had such a poor and unprofessional experience with any health care professional until now.
